1. Medical Disclaimer

2. Prescription-Only Medicines (POM)

• Valid Prescription Required: We will only dispense Prescription-Only Medicines (POM) upon receipt of a valid, authentic, and legible digital upload or physical copy of a prescription from a licensed physician in Laos.
• Verification: Our licensed pharmacists reserve the right to verify prescriptions with the issuing clinic or physician. We may decline any order if the prescription is found to be expired, altered, or fraudulent.

3. Accuracy of Information

• Customer Responsibility: You represent that all information provided (identity, contact details, and medical history) is accurate and truthful.
• Identity Verification: For certain controlled substances or high-value medical equipment, we may require a copy of your National ID or Passport to comply with Lao Ministry of Health regulations.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery Area: We provide delivery services within designated areas in Laos. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and stock availability.
• Acceptance of Goods: For medical equipment, the customer is responsible for inspecting the item upon delivery. Any defects must be reported immediately to the delivery personnel.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Pharmaceutical Products: Due to safety and health regulations, medicines and pharmaceutical products cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left our facility. Any issues related to incorrect items, delivery errors, or damaged products must be reported within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Returns will only be considered if the products remain unopened, sealed, in their original packaging, and the batch numbers and expiry dates match our records.
• Medical Equipment: Returns for medical devices (e.g., monitors, concentrators) must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery or purchase. Returns are subject to our warranty policy and will only be accepted in cases of verified manufacturing defects. The equipment must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging, together with proof of purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

One Medical Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the misuse of products purchased through our platform or for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
